Job Overview Small Group Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach About Us SGPT (Sammy Gunz Personal Training) is a rapidly growing personal training company located inside Retro Fitness in Matawan, NJ. We specialize in helping adults of all fitness levels build strength, lose body fat, improve mobility, and become healthier through expert coaching and accountability. We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and motivating coach to lead our new small-group training program. Responsibilities Lead fun, energetic 45-minute small-group fitness classes. Coach proper exercise technique and ensure member safety. Motivate and encourage participants of all fitness levels. Modify exercises for beginners and advanced members. Arrive early to set up and stay after class to clean and organize equipment. Create a positive, welcoming environment that keeps members coming back. Schedule Morning availability is required.

Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM-8:00

AM Friday:

6:00 AM-7:00

AM Saturday:

8:00 AM-9:00 AM Additional coaching and personal training opportunities may become available as the program grows.
