After 60-90 days, you are eligible for a Promotion depending on your numbers and sales made. You will have an opportunity to Manage and be a Director of your own LA fitness; in the Long Island region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be a Personal Trainer Membership Counselor. Someone that prospects clients on the gym floor; ensuring they are having a good gym experience and helping them with their goals. You will ask them questions about their health; see what areas they require help/improvement in. Then, take them through a body composition scan and create a timeline on how long it's going to take them to reach their goals. From there, you will take them through a sample workout of 15-20 min to demonstrate what workouts they should do. After completed, you will create a game plan for them and show them different personal training programs that will aid in that process.

PAY AND BONUSES

Weekly pay!!! It is a sales position where you earn commission on your sales. However, if no sales are made during a given week, you will be paid at the applicable minimum wage rate.

WHERE THE REAL PAY IS MADE IS THROUGH THE BONUSES!

!! Monthly bonuses can be up to $7,500 depending on sales made in a month.
