We are expanding our Pilates offerings with additional Reformer and Mat class times in our newly renovated upstairs space at our Sandusky location. We're looking for certified Pilates Instructors who is passionate about movement, wellness, and helping clients feel their absolute best. Multiple positions available Reformer and/or Mat instructors are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

Teach a minimum of 4 Reformer and/or Mat Pilates classes per week, with the goal to increase as demand grows Lead safe, effective, and engaging classes that cater to all levels of experience Willingness and ability to also teach additional classes as/if needed Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a well-rounded class schedule and provide a positive, cohesive experience Provide personalized guidance and modifications to clients when appropriate Contribute to a supportive, welcoming studio environment that aligns with our medical spa's wellness brand

Requirements:

Certification in Reformer and/or Mat Pilates (required) Comfortable teaching group fitness classes Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Willingness to work collaboratively with fellow instructors and staff Reliable, professional, and passionate about wellness and fitness Openness to teaching weekend and early morning classes

Compensation:

Pay is per class, based on attendance Up to $50 per class

Schedule:
