Think "American Ninja Warrior" for kids. You'll coach children as they learn to climb, swing, jump, and balance, building their confidence and athletic skills in a fun, safe environment. This is a high-energy role where you lead by example and make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

Lead high-energy classes and birthday parties for kids, teaching them to conquer obstacles like the Warped Wall, ropes, and balance beams. Champion a safe and encouraging environment, ensuring every child feels supported and challenged. Motivate students through positive reinforcement and dynamic coaching. Engage with parents, sharing their child's progress and achievements. Assist with daily gym setup and operations to keep our facility in top shape. You Are a

Great Fit If You:

Are passionate about physical activity, health, and sports coaching. Have a natural ability to connect with and motivate school-aged children. Bring an infectious level of energy and enthusiasm to everything you do. Are a reliable, positive team player and an excellent role model. Have with experience working with children (coaching, teaching, camp counseling, etc.). Ninja experience is not required but it is a big plus if you have it.

Schedule:

Classes start at 4:30pm on the Weekdays with the exception of Thursday that starts at 1:45pm. Weekends for morning classes and afternoon parties Camps throughout the year start in the morning Must be available to work on Sundays if the schedule calls for it.
