ABOUT SWEAT440 SWEAT440
delivers coach-led, 40-minute workouts with a new class starting every 10 minutes. That flexibility makes it easier for members to build a consistent fitness habit. You are never late because another workout is always starting within the next 10 minutes. We are opening the first
SWEAT440
studio in Utah, right here in Herriman, and building an exceptional team from the ground up. Our goal is to create a place where members feel known, supported, challenged, and excited to return. We care deeply about delivering a remarkable fitness experience, helping members achieve real results, and building a strong local community. We believe in high standards, personal accountability, attention to detail, positive energy, and winning together. We want people who are excited to help build something special, not simply work another job. These expectations reflect the values we are building the company around.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a
SWEAT440
Fitness Coach & Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for two things: Delivering a remarkable coaching and fitness experience. Helping grow the
SWEAT440
membership community. Both are essential to the role. As a coach, you will create energy in the studio, provide clear instruction, help members move safely, and adapt workouts for different fitness levels. You will know members by name, understand their goals, track their progress, and help them feel supported every time they walk through our doors. We want to create an experience so personal, effective, and enjoyable that members never want to leave. You will also be expected to sell
SWEAT440
memberships. Every member of our team must be able to confidently explain the value of SWEAT440, understand a prospective member's goals, answer questions, discuss membership options, ask for the sale, and close. This is not primarily a door-to-door sales role. However, sales are not someone else's responsibility. You may sell memberships inside the studio, follow up with leads, work community events, support local partnerships, or help lead pop-up workouts. Whether someone meets us in the studio or in the community, you should be able to build a relationship, help them see how
SWEAT440
can improve their life, and confidently invite them to join.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coaching and Member Experience Coach
SWEAT440
workouts with energy, professionalism, and attention to safety. Provide clear instruction, movement corrections, modifications, and progressions. Create an encouraging environment for beginners and experienced athletes. Learn members' names, goals, limitations, and progress. Give personalized coaching rather than simply supervising the workout. Help members build confidence, consistency, strength, and healthier habits. Celebrate progress and make every member feel seen and supported. Maintain a high-energy, attentive presence throughout every shift. Help create an experience members genuinely look forward to. Membership Sales and Growth Welcome prospective members and create an outstanding first impression. Ask thoughtful questions to understand their goals and motivations. Explain how
SWEAT440
works and what makes it different. Confidently discuss pricing, memberships, promotions, and next steps. Answer questions and respond to concerns honestly and effectively. Directly ask prospective members to sign up. Convert trials and first-time visitors into long-term members. Follow up consistently through calls, texts, email, and in-person conversations. Ask current members for referrals and reviews. Accurately track leads and follow-up activity. Contribute to studio membership and revenue goals. Community and Studio Support Represent
SWEAT440
at selected community events and local partnerships. Help lead or support pop-up workouts and brand activations. Start conversations, collect leads, and create interest in the studio. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Follow opening, closing, safety, and operational procedures. Support teammates and help solve problems as they arise.
WHO YOU ARE
An Excellent Coach You care about helping people improve. You pay attention to form, safety, confidence, and individual goals. You understand that members are paying for more than access to equipment. They are paying for coaching, connection, accountability, and results. Comfortable Selling and Closing You believe in the value of SWEAT440 and are comfortable helping others see it. You can discuss pricing, respond to concerns, ask someone to make a decision, and close the membership. You understand that being friendly is not the same as producing a result. Highly Dependable You arrive early, prepared, and ready to work. You follow through on commitments without repeated reminders. When you agree to work a shift, attend an event, contact a lead, or complete a task, people know it will happen. A Natural Relationship Builder You enjoy meeting people, asking questions, remembering details, and helping others feel comfortable. You can connect with a nervous beginner, an experienced athlete, or someone you meet at a community event. Accountable and Results-Oriented You take responsibility for your energy, commitments, and outcomes. You look for solutions rather than excuses and understand the difference between being busy and delivering results. Positive and Coachable You bring energy into the room, welcome feedback, and continuously work to improve your coaching, sales, communication, and leadership skills.
