The position requires flexibility to float between three pharmacies, providing critical pharmaceutical care across the system.

Work Schedule:

Full-time hours Shifts of 8 to 10 hours depending on location Variable shifts including swing shifts Every other weekend and holiday coverage required Responsibilities include: Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy Compounding hazardous medications, including chemotherapy agents, following safety protocols Managing pharmacy operations across multiple sites as assigned Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

Desired Qualifications:

Licensed pharmacist with valid credentials Experience working in institutional or hospital pharmacy settings Familiarity with Cerner pharmacy systems preferred; training available for qualified candidates Ability and willingness to travel between multiple pharmacy locations within the system Competence in handling and compounding hazardous medications with strict adherence to safety guidelines
