Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and safety Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff on medication therapy management Apply pharmacokinetics knowledge to optimize patient drug regimens Utilize EPIC electronic medical records and Omnicell automation systems

Qualifications and Experience:

Current California pharmacist license Proven hospital pharmacy experience preferred Dedicated to full-time availability during assignment period Strong communication and organizational skills required
