Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire Looking for a highly clinical pharmacy role where you can make a direct impact on patient care? Join a growing home infusion pharmacy team focused on TPN management, patient counseling, and individualized therapy planning. Position Details Location:
Orange, CA Setting:
Home Infusion /
Outpatient Clinical Pharmacy Employment Type:
13-week contract to hire/temp to hire, with direct hire also available
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00
PM Hours:
40 hours per week
Role Focus:
Clinical TPN management, patient counseling, and therapy monitoring — not a production-focused role

Competitive weekly pay and full-time benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance Requirements Active, unrestricted California Pharmacist license required Minimum 2 years of recent sterile compounding and clinical pharmacy experience Strong hands-on experience clinically managing TPN patients, beyond compounding alone Knowledge of USP standards and sterile pharmacy practices Home infusion experience strongly preferred Active Mississippi and Alabama pharmacist licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain both immediately Experience collaborating with dietitians, physicians, and other healthcare providers Excellent patient counseling, communication, and clinical decision-making skills Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, adaptability, and leadership potential Interested in a long-term clinical pharmacy opportunity?
