Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate, and patient-centered pharmacy services in a high-volume retail environment. You will verify and dispense prescriptions, counsel patients on medications and vaccines, manage immunization services, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Partner with pharmacy technicians, store leadership, and healthcare providers to optimize workflow, maintain inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll also support Walmart's clinical programs, quality initiatives, and community outreach while mentoring associates and upholding company standards of safety, ethics, and inclusion.
