Our mission is to combine innovative pharmacy solutions with compassionate care. We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Pharmacis t to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring patient safety, managing the pharmacy staff, and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide personalized pharmaceutical care, ensuring patients' health needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the effective delivery of services. Supervise and lead pharmacy technicians and support staff, ensuring all duties are carried out with accuracy and professionalism. Dispense medications according to prescriptions, ensuring correct dosages and proper labeling. Counsel patients on the safe and proper use of medications. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding pharmaceutical practices.

GMP, USP

797, 795, and 800 standards for sterile/ non-sterile preparations. Maintain inventory control, ordering medications and supplies as needed. Handle medication errors or discrepancies and implement corrective measures when necessary. Provide ongoing training and support to pharmacy staff. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care. Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations and patient care.

Qualifications:

Registered Pharmacist degree required. Valid and active Florida Pharmacist License and other state Licenses. At least 2-3 years of pharmacy experience, with prior management experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of pharmacy law, regulations, and ethics. Proficient in pharmacy software and technology systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work Full time.
