Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications, focusing on

HIV/AIDS

therapies, with accuracy and care Build trusting and respectful relationships with patients, maintaining confidentiality and empathy Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers for coordinated patient care Display strong pharmacy intuition by proactively identifying and addressing pharmacy needs Support the pharmacy team with clear, professional communication and dependable attendance

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of retail or specialty pharmacy experience, specifically with

HIV/AIDS

drug dispensing Proficiency using QS1 pharmacy software Demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity towards the

HIV/AIDS

patient population Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical pharmacy practices Ability to communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team members Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic pharmacy environment This per diem role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity for growth, with previous per diem pharmacists transitioning into full-time positions.
