Pool Clinical Pharmacist

Boca Grande
( 2600035H ) Description The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and timely medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes.

This role collaborates with healthcare teams to improve pharmacotherapy and support overall community health. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the medication-use system and delivering individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas. The position upholds Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, and values in every aspect of practice. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree

Pharmacy License/Registration
Issued by Florida or Compact State
Pharmacist Prior clinical experience in retail, specialty, or hospital pharmacy required.
