Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a skilled pharmacist to manage a specialized retail
HIV/AIDS
pharmacy in a single-pharmacist setting. The role requires a high level of autonomy as there is no pharmacy technician support. The position offers comprehensive training alongside the current Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for two weeks before transitioning fully to the Winter Haven location.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense 20-30 prescriptions daily independently without technician support Provide exceptional patient care with strong communication tailored to
HIV/AIDS
patients Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication management and support Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, vital for uninterrupted pharmacy operations Utilize pharmacy management software (QS1 preferred) to ensure accurate dispensing and record-keeping Adhere to high standards of professionalism and a positive attitude within the workplace
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Florida pharmacist license required Minimum of one year of retail pharmacy experience Experience with
HIV/AIDS
medication dispensing is essential and must be highlighted on the resume Proficiency with QS1 software preferred; candidates without experience will be asked during screening Ability to work independently in a single-pharmacist environment with no technician assistance
Additional Notes:
No return to office (RTO) allowed during contract duration due to the single-pharmacist framework Ongoing training and support available after the initial two-week training period This specialized contract role is ideal for pharmacists committed to serving a unique patient population and excelling in an autonomous, focused setting.
