YOUR IMPACT AS OUR PHARMACIST IN CHARGE

As the Pharmacist in Charge / Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the pharmacy and will have the opportunity to: Lead and oversee daily pharmacy operations Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy requirements and applicable federal and state regulations Provide personalized medication counseling and exceptional patient care Maintain accurate and compliant pharmacy records Manage medication inventory and purchasing efficiently Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff Maintain high standards for medication safety, accuracy, and quality Identify opportunities to improve workflow and pharmacy operations Make important operational decisions that directly impact patient care and pharmacy performance

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required:

Active and unrestricted

Florida Pharmacist License Preferred:

1+ year of retail or independent pharmacy management experience Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, compliance, and best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment Commitment to providing excellent patient service

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive Compensation:

$55.00-$60.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
