US Got People (USGP) USGP has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality care to our military service members, veterans, and their families at Naval Health Branch Clinic Kings Bay in Kings Bay, Georgia .

Monday-Friday , between 6 :00 AM - 7:00 PM (shifts will be 8 hours)
Qualifications:
Degree:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.)
Education:
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited college or university
Internship/Residency:
Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by ASHP or ACCP, or appropriate documentation of equivalent experience
Licensure:
Current, full, active, and unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory
Experience:
Minimum 12 months of clinical pharmacist experience in an ambulatory care setting within the past 36 months
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required Immunizations (must be current or able to obtain): Hepatitis B (series + titer) Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Varicella (Chickenpox) Tuberculosis (TB) test Seasonal Influenza vaccine

vaccine (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assess patient response to drug therapy and develop treatment plans based on diagnoses Order and evaluate lab tests to monitor drug therapy outcomes Initiate, adjust, or discontinue medications for chronic diseases in collaboration with medical staff (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma, anticoagulation) Manage pharmacotherapy requiring specific adjustments due to pharmacokinetics (e.g., phenytoin, aminoglycosides) Administer prescription and OTC medications per facility protocols Order and manage therapeutic enteral/parenteral nutrition products (inpatient setting) Evaluate medical/medication histories for potential drug-related problems Collaborate with healthcare providers (physicians, dietitians, nurses, etc.) to ensure optimal patient outcomes Perform a full range of pharmacy procedures, including medication verification and patient profile reviews Ensure prescription accuracy, appropriate dosing, and prevent drug interactions or duplications Oversee pharmaceutical products prepared by technicians for accuracy Provide in-service education to clinical staff on new medications and treatment updates Support drug utilization reviews (DURs) and adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting in compliance with
TJC/AAAHC
standards Document interactions with prescribers and significant medication-related events Why USGP?
