We're hiring a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Clearwater Canyon Pharmacy in Orofino, ID , working approximately 2 days per week with occasional additional shift coverage as needed. This is a great fit for a pharmacist who lives locally and wants a manageable, flexible schedule at a community-focused, independent pharmacy. There is potential for this role to grow into more hours over time, as CPG plans to open 1-2 additional pharmacies in the area. About Us Clearwater Canyon Pharmacy is a locally owned, community-focused pharmacy dedicated to superior, personalized customer service - from Canyon Packs medication management to customized nutritional supplements and immunization services. Clearwater Canyon is an affiliate of Cascadia Pharmacy Group (CPG) , giving our pharmacists access to shared clinical resources, collaboration, and professional development opportunities across a wider network of independent pharmacies. The Region Orofino, Idaho sits along the Clearwater River in north central Idaho's Lewis-Clark Valley, a short drive up Highway 12 from Lewiston. It's a quieter, small-town pace along the river with prime steelhead and salmon fishing right in its backyard. You'll find scenic river views, a strong outdoor recreation culture, and a community that knows their local pharmacy team by name.

What We Offer Competitive compensation:

$55-$65 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

approximately 2 days per week, with occasional additional shift coverage as needed; store hours Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm Potential for increased hours over time when additional locations open in the area Evenings and weekends off 401(k) with 4% match Access to CPG's professional development, clinical resources, and pharmacist community Your Day-to-Day Deliver high-quality patient care and medication counseling Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance Build relationships with patients, providers, and staff in the Orofino community Support clinical services such as immunizations, medication adherence solutions (Canyon Packs), med sync, and medication reviews Provide reliable, consistent coverage on scheduled days, with flexibility for occasional additional shifts What We're Looking For Active pharmacist license in good standing in Idaho Local to Orofino or the surrounding area, with reliable transportation Comfortable with a part-time schedule (approx. 2 days/week) and occasional flexibility for additional shifts Strong communication and people skills Compassionate, patient-first approach to community pharmacy Ready to Join Us?
