IL Pharmacist - PRN

Job Description

The staff pharmacist is responsible for providing prescribed medication, drugs and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care according to professional standard practices. In addition, will assist the Pharmacy Director with various JCAHO, PI, DUE/MUE and other projects or duties as assigned.
Compensation:
Hourly Range - $54.29hr - $81.44hr
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
Incentives:
Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Job Overview:
The staff pharmacist is responsible for providing prescribed medication, drugs and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care according to professional standard practices. In addition, will assist the Pharmacy Director with various JCAHO, PI, DUE/MUE and other projects or duties as assigned. Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy / One year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred in unit dose and IV admixture.
