  • Independent Pharmacy Mid-November through Mid-January An independent community pharmacy in Catonsville, MD, is seeking an experienced, dependable pharmacist for temporary full-time coverage from approximately mid-November through mid-January.
We are a friendly, patient-focused independent pharmacy with a strong emphasis on personalized service and long-term relationships with our patients and facilities.
Responsibilities include:
Filling and verifying prescriptions accurately and efficiently Patient counseling and answering medication-related questions Administering vaccines Communicating with prescribers, patients, and caregivers Overseeing pharmacy workflow and technicians Providing excellent customer service Supporting day-to-day operations of an independent pharmacy
Qualifications:
Active Maryland pharmacist license in good standing Immunization certified Community/retail pharmacy experience preferred Independent pharmacy experience strongly preferred Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently Experience with Rx30 is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, approximately mid-November through mid-January. Weekday schedule with limited Saturday hours. Exact dates and schedule can be discussed.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a short-term full-time position in a friendly independent pharmacy environment. There may also be opportunities for occasional PRN/relief shifts after the temporary assignment ends. Please apply with your resume and availability.
