Responsibilities:

Participate in medication inventory management and control. Provide guidance and education to nursing staff and patients regarding medication usage. Document all pharmaceutical services and interventions in patient records.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Valid pharmacist licensure in the state of Michigan. Proven experience as a Staff Pharmacist, specifically in a hospital inpatient setting. Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and inpatient medication management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
