```Duties```

• Provide patient care by assessing and monitoring drug therapy, identifying drug interactions, and counseling patients on medication use
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure safe and effective medication use
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, following all legal and ethical guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
• Utilize knowledge of pediatric pharmacotherapy to provide specialized care for pediatric patients
• Participate in utilization management activities to promote cost-effective medication use
• Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Administer preventative vaccines to improve patient care ```Requirements```
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
