We pride ourselves on a supportive work environment, professional growth opportunities, and taking care of our team. This is a great pharmacy to work for, and we are looking to bring someone on as soon as possible. Position Summary We are seeking a Pharmacist In Charge who is licensed in multiple states and motivated to be part of a dynamic pharmacy practice. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both retail and compounding settings. Responsibilities Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions Provide patient counseling and medication therapy management Work in retail, non-sterile compounding, and sterile compounding environments Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service Requirements Active Michigan Pharmacist license (required) Additional active state pharmacist license. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (we will pay for them). Compounding experience (sterile and/or non-sterile) preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Sign-on bonus available.
