Duties:
```- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Set pricing strategies to maximize revenue and maintain competitiveness in the market
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions and track inventory
- Train and supervise employees to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Monitor retail math metrics, such as gross margin and inventory turnover, to optimize business performance
- Manage sales team and provide guidance on sales techniques and strategies
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Lead recruiting efforts to hire qualified staff members ```
Skills:
```- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management
- Ability to effectively sell products or services to customers
