PM Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive pharmaceutical care including dispensing, reviewing, and monitoring medications in retail and long-term care settings. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapies. Conduct patient counseling to ensure understanding of medication use. Manage documentation and regulatory compliance for pharmacy operations. Administer immunizations if certified. Support medication therapy management and improve patient outcomes in long-term care facilities.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
PharmD degree or equivalent with MTM certification preferred. Current Immunization Certification. CPR Certification. Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail.
