PM Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive long-term care pharmacist duties, including medication regimen review and consultation for long-term care patients. Manage retail pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and counseling patients. Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy outcomes. Administer immunizations as needed in accordance with certification.
Qualifications:
PharmD degree or MTM certification. Immunization certification required. Current CPR certification. Strong knowledge of retail and long-term care pharmacy practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
