Responsibilities include performing Long Term Care Pharmacist duties, ensuring proper medication management, and providing expert pharmaceutical care tailored to specialty patient needs. Desired Qualifications:

PharmD degree or MTM certification Current Immunization Certification CPR Certification Experience within specialty pharmacy or long-term care preferred Strong knowledge of medication therapies and patient counseling
