John's Pharmacy is independently owned with 7 locations across Southeast Missouri. We are growing and looking to add the right pharmacist to our well-established, experienced team. Our Altenburg location is a small-town pharmacy with limited walk-in patient traffic that provides operational and pharmacy support to our other John's Pharmacy locations, focusing on medication synchronization and compliance. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys working with an experienced team while focusing on efficient, high-quality pharmacy care. We offer a 4-day workweek! No weekends. No evenings - Our pharmacy is closed by 5:00 PM each day, allowing you to enjoy your time away from work. No holidays. No on-call. Company-paid FIGs scrubs allowance. Brooks brand shoe dealer. Responsibilities Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently Ensure safe and compliant medication dispensing, focusing on medication synchronization Counsel patients as appropriate Effectively collaborate and communicate with multiple John's Pharmacy locations Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Pay:

From $130,000.00 per year
