Job Description
Summary of Role and Responsibilities This position involves independently reviewing and assessing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related issues. The pharmacist collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care, manages drug therapy protocols within a team, compounds and dispenses medications, and provides drug-related information. Supervising pharmacy support staff and ensuring safe medication practices are key duties.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Montana Pharmacist License Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Strong knowledge of medication management, drug therapy protocols, and collaboration with healthcare teams Excellent communication and supervision skills This role is on-site, with a pay range of $53.95 - $85.18 per hour, and may include additional incentives or bonuses.
