Job Description

PHARMACIST DESCRIPTION

If you're burned out on retail hours, constant interruptions, and feeling like you're just "filling scripts," this is a different kind of pharmacy. We are a compounding-only pharmacy focused on customized medications for patients and pets—and we're growing.

What makes this role different:

Monday-Friday, 9-5 (no nights, no weekends) Flexible schedule options (full-time, part-time, or 1-2 set days/week) Direct mentorship from the owner (35+ years pharmacist experience) Opportunity to learn compounding (no prior experience required) Small team environment where your work actually matters You do NOT need compounding experience. We will train you.

What need from a pharmacist:

Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow Ability to work as part of a team (no ego, no drama) Interest in building relationships with patients—not just filling prescriptions

Pharmacist Duties:

Prepare customized medications (training provided) Work directly with prescribers to solve patient-specific problems Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in all compounding activities Support and guide technicians Contribute to improving workflow and patient experience Who this is a good fit for: Pharmacists tired of retail chaos Pharmacists curious about compounding but never had the opportunity Someone who wants a stable schedule AND professional growth

Compensation & Benefits:
