Competitive pay Benefits Paid holidays Free, convenient on-site parking with a dedicated parking lot Benefit package to be discussed in person Responsibilities The Supervising Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations while providing safe, accurate, and compassionate care to our patients.
Key responsibilities include:
Typing and processing prescription orders accurately and efficiently Reviewing and verifying medications and prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety Providing professional patient counseling regarding medications, including proper use, dosage, potential side effects, and drug interactions Supervising and supporting pharmacy staff and ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and standards Maintaining accurate pharmacy records and ensuring proper medication storage and handling Communicating with patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team as needed Promoting a high standard of patient care and customer service Ensuring the pharmacy operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations Qualifications Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication and patient counseling skills Ability to work independently and effectively lead a pharmacy team Previous pharmacy experience preferred If you are a motivated pharmacist looking for a rewarding position with competitive pay, paid holidays, convenient free parking, and approximately 30 hours per week, we would love to hear from you
