Job Description

The Pharmacist Floater will be responsible for management of the pharmacy department and expected to be invested in its growth.

This includes:

Filling and dispensing prescriptions for patients Consulting patients concerning their prescription and over-the-counter needs Administering Immunizations Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy department Developing local relationships via community outreach (including community events, visiting doctor offices, participation in health fairs and offsite clinics.) Providing MTM services Successful candidates must meet the following qualifications: BS or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree Licensed in the jurisdiction Knowledge of McKesson pharmacy systems a plus Retail experience a plus Certified Immunizer Strong customer service skills Ability to multi-task and work towards goals. Strong PC skills (Windows, Outlook Email) This position will require shifts at the 3 Hudson Valley, NY area pharmacies in Tops Markets. This includes shifts at the Rhinebeck, New Paltz, and Lagrange locations.
