Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire Join a leading healthcare facility as a full-time, day shift Float Clinical Pharmacist Operations Specialist based in Tulsa, OK. This direct hire position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge patient care within a dynamic hospital environment.

Role Overview:
In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations across operational specialty practice areas such as IV room management, diversion/narcotics oversight, informatics, and residency program coordination within the pharmacy department. You will provide pharmaceutical care as a staff pharmacist when needed while supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting pharmacy systems. Serving as a subject matter expert, you will coordinate upgrades, facilitate training, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Additionally, you'll precept pharmacy students and residents, fostering professional development and advancing pharmacy practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operational specialty practice areas within the pharmacy department. Provide pharmaceutical care as a clinical pharmacist. Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support. Coordinate upgrade testing and provide education and training. Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program. Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting. Completion of an accredited PGY-1 residency plus PGY-2 specialty residency or fellowship, or equivalent clinical experience (3+ years with PGY-1; or 5+ years without residency). Active Oklahoma pharmacist license in good standing. BLS and
ALS/ACLS
certifications.
Preferred:
Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification or other relevant specialty certifications.
