Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A specialty pharmacy is seeking a part-time staff pharmacist for a 4-week assignment in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania, with the possibility to extend. This role offers flexibility, with standard shifts Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or an alternative schedule of Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Accurately bill prescriptions upon receipt each day. Perform Prescription Verification Inspection (PVI) on all billed prescriptions. Support pharmacy operations by assisting with technician duties such as inventory management and patient outreach. Schedule home delivery services and prepare medications for dispensing.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active and clear Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or specialty pharmacy environment. Proficiency with Pioneer Rx software is mandatory. Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required.

Schedule/Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (preferred)

Alternative:
