The ideal candidate will have strong sterile and non-sterile compounding experience and the ability to lead and develop a pharmacy team. This is a confidential search. Additional information will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff. , and USP . Oversee the preparation, verification, and dispensing of sterile and non-sterile compounded medications. Maintain appropriate quality-control procedures, documentation, and inspection readiness. Manage inventory and promote efficient pharmacy operations. Train and develop staff while fostering accountability, teamwork, and excellent patient service. Collaborate with prescribers and counsel patients on appropriate medication use. Qualifications PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active Texas pharmacist license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one. Experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and applicable USP standards. Prior pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of and comfort with peptides is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
