Job Purpose To perform professional, clinical tasks that will ensure the highest quality of pharmacy care and results in a patient care setting.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy Successful completion of pharmacokinetics training program Licenses and/or
Certifications:
Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the United States, or current Texas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible ACPE Accredited Sterile Compounding Certification or meets any TSBP regulation regarding sterile compounding Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) Certification, American Heart Association, preferred
Work Experience:
1 year – inclusive of residency training (Residency Training – PGY1 = 3yrs experience, PGY2 = 2yrs experience) Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is the first full-service, acute care hospital in Midlothian, Texas.
