This direct hire role offers the chance to contribute to an evolving pharmacy environment currently dispensing approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily, staffed by a dedicated team of four pharmacists and three technicians. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure the accuracy and safety of prescription dispensing, primarily peptides and GLP-1 medications Support daily mail order operations within a 503A non-sterile compounding setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve processes and enhance patient care quality Contribute to the culture by embodying leadership qualities that inspire and develop team members Participate in training and potentially hold the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) role, with initial on-site presence required

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensed pharmacist with experience in non-sterile compounding mail order environments preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated leadership capabilities focused on team growth and positive culture development Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system is highly desirable Willingness to undergo 4-6 weeks of training in Salt Lake City and travel to the site monthly if assuming a remote PIC role

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM This position offers the unique prospect of joining a team ahead of the launch of a new 7,000 sq ft facility scheduled for late in the year, which will expand services to sterile compounding and increase daily prescription capacity to 10,000. Long-term growth plans project a team size of 10 pharmacists and over 15 technicians. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to relocate. The role is direct hire with the potential for remote PIC responsibilities following initial training.
