Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and patient-focused Community Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure the highest standards of clinical and regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional care to patients. The Pharmacist will lead the daily activities of the pharmacy, supervise staff, and play a central role in advancing Fitzgerald Pharmacy's commitment to personalized, community-based care. Position Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate prescription and billing records Interpret, verify, and dispense medications while counseling patients on their safe and effective use Collaborate with prescribers on prescription clarifications, formulary alternatives, and cost-effective treatment options Lead and support pharmacy staff, including pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, and student interns Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, verification, and removal of expired medications Administer vaccines and injectable medications while following established quality, safety, and infection control standards Foster strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers while supporting Fitzgerald Pharmacy's commitment to exceptional community care Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
