Job Description

Cedars-Sinai seeks a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations in a high-acuity academic medical center. In this role, you will oversee staffing, workflow, inventory, and regulatory compliance to ensure accurate, safe, and timely medication distribution. You will optimize clinical and operational processes, manage budgets, support technology and automation, and drive quality and patient safety initiatives. The manager collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams, mentors pharmacists and technicians, and supports innovation, education, and continuous performance improvement across the pharmacy service line.
