Job Description

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You'll oversee safe, accurate medication dispensing, provide clinical counseling, and ensure full regulatory compliance. You will hire, train, and coach pharmacy associates, optimize inventory and workflow, and drive quality, safety, and customer service. Collaborating with store leadership, you will champion Walmart's culture of integrity, continuous improvement, and associate well-being while improving patient outcomes in the community.
