Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist in Charge The Medicine Chest | Full-Time New Career Opportunity with a Rapidly Growing Long-Term Care Pharmacy! Job Summary The Medicine Chest is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist to join our rapidly expanding pharmacy. We're looking for a full-time Pharmacist with experience across acute care and long-term care (LTC) settings. This role provides exceptional patient care and ensures the safe, effective use of medications, while collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, ensuring appropriate medication therapy management. Use Framework LTC and other pharmacy software systems for accurate record-keeping and medication dispensing. Assist with inventory management to ensure availability of medications and supplies. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop medication management plans for patients. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality at all times. Stay current on medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and pharmacy best practices. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree from an accredited institution. Pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience preferred. Experience in LTC pharmacy (closed-door or retail settings) highly desirable. Proficiency in pharmacy software applications; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and Framework LTC. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on patient care and service delivery.
