Immediate Schedule:

Weekdays 07:30-16:00 or 08:00-16:30, plus on-call responsibilities Role Overview We're seeking an experienced and licensed pharmacist to serve as Interim Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC). This leadership role is critical to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within our inpatient pharmacy setting. Minimum Qualifications Active Illinois Pharmacist License (required) Proven inpatient pharmacy experience Demonstrated leadership in clinical and regulatory environments Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of pharmacy operations for quality assurance and regulatory compliance Evaluate pharmacy technician responsibilities to ensure alignment with scope of practice and regulatory standards Review and enhance sterile compounding and aseptic techniques Audit and update pharmacy-related policies, protocols, and medication order sets Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with clinical and administrative departments
