Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Pioneer RX Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8.5-hour shifts Rotating start times: 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 11:30 AM Pharmacy closes at 6 PM on Fridays No weekend shifts initially, with potential future changes

Responsibilities:

Accurately process prescriptions and verify medication orders using Pioneer RX Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients in a retail pharmacy setting Assist pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management and medication dispensing Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality care and patient safety

Qualifications:

Valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license Proven pharmacy technician experience, specifically in retail settings Familiarity with Pioneer RX system is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work rotating shifts within the provided schedule This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering a pathway to a permanent position with a respected healthcare provider.
