Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Some weekends required 24-40 hours per week Responsibilities include: Delivering comprehensive pharmacy services supportive of long term care patients Managing prescription dispensing and medication therapy management Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy protocols Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Desired qualifications and experience: PharmD degree or equivalent professional pharmacy certification Immunization certification CPR certification Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred Experience in retail pharmacy and long term care settings Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and patient care standards This is a contract position ideal for pharmacists looking to contribute to specialty pharmacy care while gaining experience in a dynamic environment.
