Job Description

Required Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree Required License
  • Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Immunization Certification or ability to obtain certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
  • Retail pharmacy experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting pharmacy operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and support staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Inventory management experience
  • Quality assurance and patient safety focus
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environmentPreferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
  • Previous vaccination or immunization experience
  • Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy settings

  • Support pharmacy operations while delivering exceptional patient care
  • Promote patient safety and regulatory compliance
  • Administer immunizations and support vaccination initiatives
  • Provide medication counseling and patient education

  • Support inventory management and loss prevention activities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and patient experiences

  • Administer vaccines and immunizations
  • Ensure patient safety and compliance with pharmacy regulations
  • Counsel patients regarding medications and treatment plans
  • Support pharmacy workflow and operational efficiency
  • Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
  • Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Manage inventory and medication storage requirements
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with implementation of patient care programs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
