Job Description

This role is crucial in maintaining the standard of care and service for our customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee the operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring the efficient management of daily activities while upholding strict pharmacy protocols and adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy including staff scheduling, training, and management. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, including but not limited to prescription orders, controlled substances, and record-keeping. Provide excellent customer service, and clinical care to all customers. Supervise the dispensing of prescription drugs and other medical devices to patients. Monitor and manage the pharmacy financial performance, inventory, pharmacy records, and planning budgets. Encourage and lead a professional team environment to increase productivity and collaboration. Implement health and wellness activities initiated by the store and by corporate. Address customers' and patients' concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Required Skills Proven ability to manage a high-volume pharmacy. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations. Experience in managing budgets and pharmacy financials. Proficient in pharmaceutical software and record-keeping systems.
