We are hiring a licensed pharmacy technician to join our team. Learn insurance billing, inventory management, and delivery operations end to end What you will do Fill and dispense prescriptions accurately under pharmacist supervision Enter prescriptions and keep patient records current and compliant Bill insurance plans, resolve claim rejections, and help with prior authorizations Order medications and supplies from approved wholesalers and keep inventory levels right Prepare and review patient delivery documentation in line with HIPAA Help patients at the counter and on the phone with warmth and patience Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and well stocked What you must have An active pharmacy technician license with the California State Board of Pharmacy. We can only consider applicants who hold this license. At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail, hospital, or long term care setting Sharp attention to detail and real care for patient safety Clear, friendly communication with patients and teammates Reliability. We are a small team and we count on each other. Nice to have Armenian language skills. Most of our patients speak Armenian and this is a strong plus, though not required.
