- Assist pharmacists in providing medication and other healthcare products to patients
- Prepare and package prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Perform medication inventory management and restocking
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment ```Qualifications```
- Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience
- Certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) is preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
- Familiarity with different types of medications, dosage forms, and routes of administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in prescription preparation
