RXHUB Pharmacy is growing our compounding department and looking for an experienced Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in precision, quality, and patient care to grow with an independent compounding pharmacy that values craftsmanship in every preparation. What You'll Do Prepare non-sterile compounded medications in full compliance with USP <795> and USP <800> standards Compound both hazardous and non-hazardous preparations with accuracy and efficiency Maintain detailed compounding records and batch documentation Operate and maintain compounding equipment Weigh, measure, mix, package, and label ingredients with precision Manage inventory of APIs, chemicals, and compounding supplies Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Keep the compounding lab clean, organized, and audit-ready Partner closely with pharmacists to ensure accurate, timely prescription fulfillment What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on non-sterile compounding experience (required) Experience compounding both hazardous and non-hazardous medications Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license, in good standing Solid working knowledge of USP <795> and USP <800> Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational and communication skills Nice to Have Experience with SI Compounding Software Background in an independent compounding pharmacy Familiarity with Medisca formulations Experience with QA and documentation procedures Why RXHUB Pharmacy Competitive pay, based on experience Paid time off Real opportunities for professional growth A supportive, collaborative team that values doing the work right

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
