The responsibilities include to help pharmacist with filling and production process. Receive calls from customers and assist them for prescription refills. Restock merchandise and help with ordering as required. Help customers with check out process and POS payments. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and possess basic computer and phone skills. Responsibilities Pull medication from shelves and fill prescriptions. Collect payments whether in cash or credit Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets Handle calls from customer for product inquiries and process refills for medications. Cross-sell products and introduce new ones Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Greet customers when entering or leaving the store Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Stock up inventory, perform ordering and returns of merchandise when required. Skills Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales Basic computer knowledge Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS Good math skills Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented High school degree
