Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A 13-week contract opportunity is available for experienced pharmacists to support a 300-bed children's hospital in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This role offers a variable shift schedule and requires an ASAP start.

Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders and ensure accuracy and compliance Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring Collaborate effectively with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care Utilize EPIC for electronic health record documentation and communication

Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania pharmacist license required Hospital pharmacy experience or completed residency strongly preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Ability to work flexible and variable shifts in a dynamic environment
