In this 1st shift, on-site role, you will accurately pick, pack, and verify pharmacy orders in a fast-paced distribution environment, using scanners and automated systems to meet productivity and quality goals. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and label pharmacy orders following standard operating procedures Verify NDC, drug, strength, and quantity to ensure order accuracy and patient safety Operate scanners, conveyor and material handling equipment to meet productivity targets Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, rotation, and documentation Follow all GMP, safety, and quality standards in a regulated pharmacy environment Assist with restocking, staging, and organizing products and supplies Collaborate with team leads and pharmacists on order issues or discrepancies Maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant work area throughout the shift Required Skills Order picking Warehouse operations Pharmacy fulfillment systems RF scanner use Inventory control Basic math and counting Cold chain handling Quality assurance checks Packaging and labeling Safety and OSHA compliance
